Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your shipping address.
Please note: delivery times may vary due to carrier delays that are outside of our control.
Custom Orders
For custom apparel or bulk orders (such as business shirts), processing times may vary depending on order size and design approval.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process to ensure everything is exactly how you want it.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Eleven 14 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Eleven 14 is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
